It isn’t often that Nawal and I get to venture out of the house for fun. We usually wait for the boys to join. However, when we do take some mommy and me time, we make great memories.
Below is a list of items that I pack to keep Nawal entertained, during our outings.
- Books: Some of our favorites are Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, Llama Llama Yum Yum Yum! and Each Peach Pear Plum
- Stuffed animal or doll
- Coloring book with crayons
- Puzzle boards: Alphabet or numbers
- Bubbles! These never fail when either one of my kids start to get cranky.
My entertainment: Watching Nawal say “hi!” to everyone that passes by.
